What happens after you send a request

Four steps, no pressure

Take as long as you need between any of them.

1. Send your request when you are ready.
2. We give it to a provider in or near Des Moines.
3. The provider contacts you to arrange a consultation.
4. A licensed provider decides what is suitable at the consultation, and the final say on going ahead is yours.

What comes next

Once you press send, our part is mostly done. A provider near Des Moines receives your request and reaches out to you.

• Expect contact from the provider, using the details you gave.
• They can answer first questions and offer a consultation.
• Cost is set by the provider, so ask them directly.
• You can decline at any point.

If you do not hear back, you are welcome to send another request.

Changing your mind about your details

You stay in control of your request. If you decide you do not want to hear from the provider, you can tell them directly when they contact you.

You can also ask for your request to be withdrawn. The steps are on the privacy page. As a reminder, the details shared with the provider are the ones you typed into the form: name, email, phone, service and message.
